Re: The Mass Effect Movie...Thoughts?
I'm eager to see this movie as long as it'll be a good movie. Oh, and no real actors, at all. Make it all pre-rendered or something, like Final Fantasy VII or The Old Republic Trailers and such. I don't want Nicholas Cage as Shepard or Sarrah Jessica Parker as Williams. Just Hell NO! Yeah, and get full ME Voice-Over Cast for this one. Meer rocks!

"We're not going to be the guys to screw up Commander Shepard. We're committed to it, but it has to be great or we're not going to do it. We're treading on sacred ground."

If only Bioware themselves adhered to that philosophy.

Re: The Mass Effect Movie...Thoughts?
Honestly, if the Pacific Rim movie is a success, I imagine the Mass Effect movie will be something close to it but on a larger scale.
Futuristic/sci-fi technology, struggle for survival, monsters of Lovecraftian proportions, good storytelling, big budget, epic CGI.
