Demersel needs to be de-modded.

I was here at the start when mods were being given out like candy.  I didn't ask for one for a very simple reason: I realize that I'm a caustic individual and people should be able to ignore me.  You know who else is caustic?  Demersel.  How many people don't read the main thread or perhaps even the forum anymore because they tire of seeing the completely baseless "speculation" about sentient stars and TIM being a Reaper and all that nonsense?  Half the time I mention the thread in chat, nobody knows what I'm talking about because the drivel has driven away what brought us together.  Now some of it, you can avoid.  You can ignore Swoby.  You can ignore dork.  But you can't ignore demersel, and something should be done about that.

He's been given his own private playground of a forum where he's immune to all those nasty peer review thingies that made IT great to begin with.  But that's not good enough apparently.  We still get posts about MP being a simulation and such on the real thread.  That forum was supposed to contain the madness.  Instead all it did is give the madness someplace to be immune to criticism because it gets its feeling hurt like a 12 year old girl.  Even still, clearly he isn't going to willingly keep the baseless speculation in the proper place.  He's a mod because he was in the right place at the right time, not because he's earned it, not because he deserves it.  He definitely does not deserve it.  And the forum does not deserve to be subjected to the unending stream of senseless "theories" he smugly shoves down its throat.

I've seen quite a few.  But all by dem.  He deletes people's posts sometimes just to fuck with them.  He kicks people on chat as a "joke", though admittedly I haven't seen him do that since Byne temporarily de-chatmod'd him for doing it.  Never heard the porn editing thing before though, that's pretty screwed up.  Especially since pornographic images was one of the bulletpoints they used on Megumi's ban.  Cursing and fighting is one thing, you get that everywhere on the Internet.  But posting adult pics opens a whole new can of worms.  There's a reason adult sites have age checks and shit.  On, and a footnote on that "abuse of power" thing.  He tried to move my Leviathan thread to the Crazy Door.  The only reason it stayed on the main ME forum is because Byne overruled him.  That forum was made for baseless speculations like time travel and assuming TIM is a Reaper because his room looks slightly different.  Not for well researched theories that fit the theme and IT.  But if Dem doesn't like you, he'll want to move your stuff to his playground by force.  Seems legit.

Hopefully those in charge take the gun away from the monkey before he shoots a person instead of just furniture.

Once he abused his power on me too. Crappy memory but I remember bringing it up in the chat before, he edited my posts or something to that effect.
