Born and risen in Germany among the danish minority. I have an american mom and a danish father, meaning I grew up speaking 3 different languages, have 3 different citizenships and can speak each one of my languages fluently. I have an apartment in Århus not too far from the university, but I spend a lot of my vacation together with my grandparents in a suburb outside of Flensburg.

Well, I am an East-Westphalian. Rather unknown region, even in Germany. However, a few of the biggest global players on their repsective fields have their HQs over here.
Fun fact: If the Germans won WWII, I'd be living near the most important cult site of the SS.
I think my home was mentioned as the capital of occultism in Woflenstein 3D. Things to be proud of really, lol.

Actually I was born in Birmingham, but I've lived in the fair land of Wales most of my life. Still haven't mastered the language though.

Across the water from Vancouver, Canada, on Vancouver Island. And yes, like the Firebase, it's not snowy here. Almost never, maybe a week a year, but it does rain aaaaall the time.

Indeed, mane here seem to either live in Germany, or been to Germany for a period of time. Interesting statistics.

Anyhow, I was born in Ukraine, Charkow and lived there until I was 5, then we moved to Bavaria in Germany, in a small city called Straubing. Got bullied there as fuck throughout my time in various schools, until much later, when we moved to Oktoberfest City, or, Munich.

Now I go to university here while having the time of my life.

For the benefit of our international forum members, I should explain that Yorkshire can be a tough place to grow up, as shown in this educational video. I'm 38 and live in Surrey about 20 miles from London (did you know Anderson was born there?) and am what Dork would refer to as a "soft as shite southern jessie". Any of you lot have kids? I've got two boys, one is 2 years old and the other is 4 months. I don't sleep much and my TV watching largely consists of things like this.

I'll add in my boyfriend here, since he finally finished the trilogy and knows most of the main stuff with indoc theory. He was born in Lebanon, they left to Montreal due to.. Lebanon stuff, then they returned when it seemed safe, then it wasn't safe (-_-) and now we're together in Ottawa. Trilingual (English, French, Arabic).

He really just talks a lot of gibberish to me and I pretend to listen (joking). :P

I would love to visit the Bioware Montreal offices. I will say (like I did in Mark IV thread) that my boyfriend knows someone in that studio, veryyyy likely working on Mass Effect 4. Don't really have much more to talk about than that though!
