Like hell I am!
I'm gunna fit mah Vanguard into role of the 'Outlander'... then join Vitiate, if possible!
I despise Force-users and other classes don't fit into KotFE story, I think...
Outlander is the war veteran, which perfectly sums up 'Trooper' to me!
'I can make you powerful beyond any reason... if you will only kneel.'
...and kneel I shall!
I like this new, powerful Empire... Zacool...so cool! xD
You gotta admit it, these guys got style...
Still kinda torn about whether or not should I buy Nico Okarr... hmm... ;3
Speakin of companions... I REALLY hope the rumors were true, and we will be able to kill/betray our old 'slaves'.
Like Skadge... this guy just had it comin'... airlock awaits! D:
Trooper companions are utter shit, too... Aric, Yuun, Vik... there shall be no mercy...
Xcept for Elara and M1-4X, of course! D:

It seems pretty cool, still having trouble deciding between playing my sith inquisitor or imperial agent first. Damn you indecisiveness!

Got a 7 day referral sub, so I'm making all the alien class alts I can. My 'main 8' (with another 8 for alternate gender and advanced classes if I feel like it, maybe years from now).

I dont have a single non alien character. Cant make a human I like for the life of me.
I also dont have a single male character. I dont think any of the male voices are superior to their female counterparts'.

Pff... easy... Hunter, Agent, Warrior, Smuggler, Trooper... not sure about the rest, but I find female voices pretty lame... especially Warrior-es's voice... She sounds like a dyin' crow or something! D:

Female Hunter is Grey DeLisle and thus the better voice by default. Not only can I not stand male agent, but female agent is Jo Wyatt, aka FemHawke, which is a GREAT voice. I actually got a male trooper to 50 but deleted it after I finally couldnt stand his bored sounding voice anymore.

Re: SWTOR:KOTFE
Its all set up now.
-Male Human Consular, almost full Light good guy (Overall/Republic Main)
-Female Cyborg Agent (Imperial Main)
-Male (Red) Zabrak Warrior (Imperial Secondary)
-Female Twi'lek Smuggler (Republic Secondary)
-Male (Brown) Zabrak Soldier (Story)
-Female Human Inquisitor (Story)
-Male Chiss Bounty Hunter (Story)
-Female Mirialan Knight (Story)
-Potential 8 others to cover more species (especially interested in Sith Pureblood), other genders, moralities (and potentially story paths if KOTFE measures up with that), other advanced classes and combat roles. At some point. In any case, 16 characters is likely my absolute maximum, save for totally random stuff, or helping a player through the starting experience, etc etc. For now, I'm busy with 2-8, prepping them for KOTFE (and SOR for that matter, since I'm waiting to get it in my future subscription).
The Secondaries may end up as/alternate with the Story characters depending on preference - all I know is that my Consular is my main, and my Agent is likely to be the one right next to him. So far, I'm even liking some Story characters (Inquisitor, Smuggler) more than the Secondaries, so...
My Story characters still do all content. It'll be the theoretical 8 other future characters that will go full Class Story and nothing else - whatever Bioware does to it in future years (I've heard such things like merging the planet and class stories together, potentially removing the super-sidequests, easing up on Heroic requirements and maybe making them the new 'sidequests'; we'll have to see what happens).
While my Agent will certainly be a prominent character in my Legacy, I may still ease up on questing with her, because I heard that the Agent story has much more tie-in/understanding of the events that happen in the other, more generally direct class stories.

I think Jo Wyatt really shines as agent. Found LadyHawke pretty meh to be honest but her voice really fits a snooty imperial, and she's good at the undercover accents too.

Re: SWTOR:KOTFE
Already saw this list earlier and I have to say that it is only an interpretation, not fact. But lets assume it is true:
- Spoiler:
- Not a huge problem for me as long as 4.X-5.0+ (aka patches and expansions after KOTFE) expand things further.
If KOTFE is SWTOR's ME2 (like it seems to be constantly made clear by developer interviews), then I expected many, even core SWTOR companions to be 'gone'. But we already have it confirmed that many that aren't companions, will still be NPCs. AKA they've been Wrexed/Ashleyed/Kaidaned/Liaraed. Some may not be seen again, but if things actually go well (crossing fingers for SWTOR is hard, I know, but bear with me), then we can see, say, Nadia (for my Consular) still appear as an NPC in KOTFE and then come back in a story chapter in 2016-2017, just not this 2015.
KOTFE = bring in a bunch of new ones, test out how people feel about the less liked old ones?
After KOTFE = bring in a few new ones, bring back a lot of the liked old ones? (aka 'ME3')
And don't tell me that people adored Tali and Garrus in ME1. For *most* players, they were the fillers, while VS/Wrex/Liara were used instead. It was ME2 that propelled them into utter fan and even mainstream gamer favorites. Hate Skadge like most players, go ahead, but be ready for at least the possibility that Bioware doesn't just keep him around, but even updates him into being awesome. Somehow.
I think we may still get story chapters (even if is in later 2016+) where a lot on that 'Gone' list may return, except in a form that all players as Outlanders (or whatever they're called at that point) can recruit, even if it happens bit by bit. If the monthly/bimonthly story model works for Bioware, then I wouldn't be surprised at a 'ME3' that involves bringing a lot of the 'band back together', and 'making our own army' to oppose some enemy force.
TLDR; don't find this completely hopeless. Ignore the returning companions if you want (I know I'll be doing my damnest about that with Qyzen), but be loud about your want for your favorites to return and in a big way. In the longer run, that may even be a good thing. Remember how Liara was sidelined in ME2? Then people got LOTSB (the biggest 'Loyalty Mission' of them all; sold separately lol), and quite a Liara focus in ME3.
Oh but if this leak is true, Mako fans will riot. RIOT. R-I-O-T. EDIT: Oh and Theran can die for all I care, but I want Holiday to be given a more physical form!
On the bright side, instead of 5-7 companions tops, players will now have several to a dozen, and Bioware is working on ways to let them all be of any combat role (dunno the specifics, but I hope it doesn't mean utterly homogenizing them). Again, ME2..ish.

Re: SWTOR:KOTFE
I dont think even the TOR devs are stupid enough to not only cut some of the most popular companions, but to cut ALL the romance ones.
I'm like 95% sure players liking them a lot is not only the reason they came back in ME2, but were romance options.
Plus I loved Tali in ME1.

I fell in love in Turians the moment I saw Nihlus for the very fist time. His sudden death broke my heart, but Garrus patched it up with his awesome... Best Bromance 5ever 4ever!

Woah! Woah! Woah! Have you seen this guy? That thing looks like utter piece of quite litteral shit! He's one dense, useless fat motherfucker with ego the size of his mother! And you know what they say 'bout Skadge's mum when they see her? 'THAT'S NO FCKIN' MOON!' Seriously... If we were to somehow kill off that alien scum, TOR would weigh like 20GB less on our HDDs! Killin' it is doin' both galaxies a HUGE favor...
Besides, Immah proud Sci-Fi/Fantasy racist! Watcha' gunna do? Every alien race in the galaxy should be enslaved and/or wiped out clean if they show any signs of resistance! GLORY FOR THE EMPIRE!!! SKYRIM BELONGS TO THE NORDS!!! EARTH FIRST!!!
Near-Humans are cool, though! I like Chiss-es for example! D:

I know people loved Garrus in ME1. I'm just not convinced he was a fan favorite from the onset, immediately convincing Bioware they just had to include him in ME2 because of that.
- Spoiler:
- Yeah Skadge will probably still stuck.
I'm weird about there being 2 HK droids on my ship...

I can see three options here:
- Spoiler:
- 1. HK-55 is a reconstructed (for the 4th or 5th time) and enhanced HK-47, which explains his 'Meatbags' quotes...
2. HK-55 is a separate companion. His damage is focused on DoTs, while HK-51 is all about pure damage with crits...
3. HK-55 is an upgraded version of HK-51...
I'll take #2, please!
It'd be interesting to see some rivalry between HK units on my ship...like...
Who's a better shot? Who's assassination protocols are better? Who's more loyal to his master?

Re: SWTOR:KOTFE
I have updated info about my character list in the spoilers below. I posted it in a SWTOR forums thread about 'how many characters do you have?'
- Spoiler:
- 1-2 at first. Then expanded to 4. Now expanded to 8, through a 7-day referral subscription unlocking some species I wanted.
I do not have Shadow of Revan, though I kinda wish I did. I'll subscribe in October or November and do SoR then.
1. Lv 55 Male Human Jedi Consular. Jedi Shadow tank. My Republic and overall main. Mostly done Lv 50 content, wrapping up Lv 55 content. Save for raids, but I'll try to get the story modes for those too. After this, it'll be just about doing dailies and stuff, until KOTFE hits. Focus will shift to completing all class stories.
Largely Light Side, but a little slow getting there, due to occasional Dark Side choices when it seemed a little more practical or my Consular got clearly impatient.
2. Lv 20s Female Cyborg Imperial Agent. Sniper damage. My Empire main, at least so far. Nar Shaddaa.
Actually pretty Light Side, but its because despite all her dark elements, she's a good person deep at heart. She has no problem with Dark Side decisions oftentimes, but will not be happy about it, and may avoid it if possible. I headcanon/Legacy that she's the long lost sister of my main Consular.
3. Lv 10s Male Red Zabrak Sith Warrior. Story alt. Belsavis.
Big jerk, and okay with that. But only because he buys into the idea of his superiority over others. Not fully psycho, or rage filled, but happy to unleash his strength if deemed necessary.
4. Lv 10s Female Human Sith Inquisitor. Story alt. Wasn't planning on making another human, but this one just 'happened' and I kept with it, because I'm coming to love her. Belsavis.
A bit of the opposite of my Warrior. She is rather nice, cordial, looks like she's a school teacher in her 40s, inquisitive (no pun intended)... but she's a hair trigger for killing. She already decided that she's not going to be a slave ever again, and while she doesn't snap anything slave related, she is a very deliberate power climber that has absolutely no problem with killing others, gaining her mucho Dark Side points even as she'll dust off her hands afterward and be nice as can be.
5. Lv 1s Female Twi'lek Smuggler. Story alt. Ord Mantell.
I wanted someone very optimistic and helpful, not a reluctant hero or selfish free agent. While she doesn't necessarily jump to assist others, she doesn't ask for payment immediately, nor does she lack allegiance to the idea of the Republic. I don't want to be about credits or saving my own hide when I'm playing this Smuggler - I want to go on the most fun adventure, even if she'll be a bit skittish about the danger sometimes.
6. Lv 1s Male Brown Zabrak Republic Soldier. Story alt. Ord Mantell.
Intentionally very generic Sir Yes Sir at first. I don't want him to have much depth when starting out. But I will try to have that feeling of depth develop bit by bit more over the story. I definitely want him to promote the ideals of the Republic, especially its cooperation between species and its (very relative to the Empire) care for the disadvantaged, headcanoning that he had his own issues with that in the past.
7. Lv 1s Male Chiss Bounty Hunter. Story alt. Nal Hutta.
Jerky jerky jerk. Worse than my Warrior, worse than anyone else! But in this case (as opposed to my Smuggler's story), it really is about the credits and that's it. No, he won't be an absolute monster in every way, but I'm okay with playing him as a sociopath in most ways. He may develop a heart at some point, but so far in Nal Hutta, he does not give a damn, and will take the offer of the most money. He's not here to make friends, but it may happen regardless. He's not like this because he is Chiss, but because it is a line of work that he's known most of his life. Greater threats to the galaxy may challenge him on his lack of ethics.
8. Lv 1s Female Mirialan Jedi Knight. Story alt. Tython.
Seems pretty typical in a lot of ways: nice, a fighter, helpful, powerful in the Force, yadda yadda you know the Knight type of story already. But I'm going to tune her to be a bit 'too' forceful and a bit 'too' aggressive sometimes. Eventually, this may lead to her falling the most to the Dark Side that the narrative will allow. The bright side is that she'll be summed up as 'kickass'. She will not succumb to every temptation, sure, but when there is a chance to kill a seemingly clear enemy, she will take it. I headcanon that she had experiences in her past that involved her being helpless at others suffering, and/or that she had an experience where her taking aggressive action via manifestation of Force powers saved others, so she doesn't have a wariness about taking this course of action.
While my story alts are, well, meant for class story of course - I'm completionist so I still aim to do everything I can on them (as in all missions, all flashpoints, etc). But I don't aim for them to be constantly played otherwise.
I could make up to 8 more characters at some point, to reflect other gender/advanced class/species/story choice differences, but I'll have my hands full with just getting all class stories done for now. Maybe if KOTFE has enough variety based on Lv 1-50 or Lv 1-60 consequences and Lv 60-65 narrative choices, I'll have much more incentive, but for now, these first 8 are just fine.

Re: SWTOR:KOTFE
I've got every class above 50, only one below 55 at this point is my consular because I cant stand the voice and dont like jedi in general.
All aliens, all female, all light side.
Mirialan Inquisitor
Chiss Agent
Zabrak Bounty Hunter
Twi'lek Warrior
Zabrak Smuggler
Togruta Trooper
Mirialan Consular
Togruta Knight
Still trying to decide between Inquisitor and Agent for my Imperial main, but Smuggler is definitely my Republic main.

Re: SWTOR:KOTFE
K, mah turn!
Got 3 characters, all lvl 55!
1. Cyborg Powertech - my first and favorite character. I used to do everything on this char, from Flashpoints and Space Missions in PvE to Warzones and GSF in PvP. Right now he serves me as the 'Grinder'. Self-explanatory much! RP-wise this guy is a Ol' cowboy-bounty hunter-pyromaniac-mando'ade who cares only 'bout 3 things in his life: Earning creds, xterminatin' Jedi (Sith, too) scum and earning creds by xterminating jetii filth. Always on a job, always on a trail! Hunt is creds, creds are life!
I combined two characters here - Boba Fett and Harry Callahan! I don't have to xplain the first guy, it's pretty obvious for anybody, right? Harry Callahan I pick'd coz he's that bitter character that likes to do things his own way, no matter the rules, principles or other people's opinions. Also carries Magnum .44 the most powerful handgun in the world and asks punks if they're feelin' lucky! 'Well do ya, punk?!' Fits perfectly!
Preferable combat specs: Shield Tech (Tank) or Pyro (DoT Damage)
//////////
2. Human Operative - my second character. I created him with emphasis on Story and RP in my mind, but some occasional grinding is hard to avoid, when there are quick creds and/or reputation involved! He's also my main for GSF and I fly my GX-1 'Onslaught' Bomber solely Die-hard Imperial loyalist, field medic, virologist, bioterrorist and - accidentaly - bomber pilot in one persoon. Haz a unhealthy obsession with Rakghouls. His pet rakling called 'Irek' follows him everywhere and anywhere!
He's the kind of a character I'd see in some Resident Evil game or movie. Here my inspirations were Albert Wesker and 'Four Eyes'. The former is a blonde, handsome fella in a black leather coat, evil-glowing eyez of doom and awesome sunglasses. Also a bioterrorist. I believe you've heard about him, one way or another. 'Four Eyes' is a female member of the 'Wolfpack' - Umbrella Corp.'s elite squad of field operatives. Her specialization is virology and she can be quite cold and ruthless when it comes to her job. She has a tendency to treat living people like a test subjects...
This character also haz a twisted sense of humor, but I guess that's just me being out of character too much!
Preferable combat specs: Medic (Healer) or Lethality (DoT Damage)
//////////
3. Chiss Vanguard - Third and still quite fresh character I made. Victim of 12xp, and as a result I haven't actually thought about this guy's place in my RP plans. I wanted to play Vanguard coz it's my favorite class in TOR, and it had to be Chiss, coz I spent 300 CC on thet species' unlock. So far I can tell, that Vanguards are even more sexy than Powertechs. They got rifles, they actually use them in combat, they charge motherfuckers and hit them with their guns, they got orgasm-inducing skillz and animations, best-lookin' ship in the game...! What's not to love? Oh, and I fell in love with Elara Dorne <3! She's gorgeous and she's a healer! Trooper's story is kinda lame, though! I rate it '4+/10' and It'd be '2+/10' but I gave it 2 bonus pointz for Sergeant Jaxo <3!
Preferable combat specs: Shield Specialist (Tank) or Tactics (Pure Damage)

What's not to love? Oh, and I fell in love with Elara Dorne <3! She's gorgeous and she's a healer! Trooper's story is kinda lame, though! I rate it '4+/10' and It'd be '2+/10' but I gave it 2 bonus pointz for Sergeant Jaxo <3!
Preferable combat specs: Shield Specialist (Tank) or Tactics (Pure Damage)
