ME1 Tali or Wrex
ME2 Jack, Samara, and Zaaed
ME3 Liara, Javik, Tali

was very sad not having Jack for a squadie in ME3. Would have made squad banter better with another renegade voice

Javik for sure.

Javik is what Shepard would be if he failed to unify the galaxy and failed to build the Crucible. I think Javik gives us a good insight on what our Shepard would become if we failed to win the war against the Reapers.

I like all of them except Jack, Kaidan, Jacob and James. And the last three is just because they're too uninteresting to form a proper opinion on. I really can't choose a favourite from everyone else.

So, since he is in all three games and is a badass, Garrus wins.

Varric always will be Varric. HE better be in DA3 in some form!
